Dr Royal Rife was a San Diego scientist who, back in the 1930s, won a Pulitzer Prize for his powerful optical microscopes. He made these microscopes so powerful in order to see living bacteria, viruses and fungi (pathogens) explode from his frequency generating machines. These illness causing pathogens were illuminated by a prism of light as he watched them vibrate and then explode.  Once he found the exact killing frequency for each, he labeled it their "MOR" or mortal oscillatory rate.
